This A5 ‘Bloom’ linoprint is a small representation of the rebirth of life following recovery and healing in self confidence and self esteem after a mental health crisis 🌸

The prints are meant to remind us that healing happens in phases and this too shall pass. 

100% of the proceeds from all purchases go towards the Expressive Minds arts and mental health project running creative arts workshops with other service users in the Sligo Leitrim Mental Health Service. These workshops are intended as a way for people to meet and engage with others who have experience of living with a mental health condition while feeling the therapeutic benefits that arts participation brings.
